PERMANENT FIIGHWAY EASEMENT <br />The undersigned GRANTOR for and in consideration of Ninety -seven Thousand Three <br />Hundred and 00 /100 Dollars ($97,300.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt <br />whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey to County of Ramsey, a political <br />subdivision of the State of Minnesota, GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, a perpetual <br />easement (the "Easement ") for highway and utility purposes over, under and across the real <br />property depicted on attached Exhibit "A" and legally described on attached Exhibit "13" (the <br />"Easement Area "). <br />The Easement GRANTOR hereby grants to GRANTEE is a perpetual easement for all <br />public highway and utility purposes, with the right to enter upon the Easement Area at any time <br />the GRANTEE may see fit, for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, operating, <br />maintaining, and /or repairing highway and utility appurtenances on, over, across, through and <br />under the Easement Area; including but not limited to pavement, boulevards, paths /sidewalks, <br />pipes, signage, signals, structures, excavations, embankments, poles, lines, equipment, and any <br />other items related to highway and utility functions.
