These purchases are necessary for all County improvements to be located within the County <br />Right of Way. The offers are based on purchase of permanent highway easement. <br />Parcels 28 and 29 together are at the former site of 2404 Rice Street (Wonder Bakery Store) shown in <br />Exhibit A, located in the northeast quadrant of the Rice Street and County Road B2 intersection. Ramsey <br />County offers $97,300.00 for the parcel shown in Exhibit A (8107 Square Feet). <br />Parcel 22 is located at 2250 Rice Street, part of Lot 2, Block 1, Melancon Addition shown in Exhibit 8, <br />located on the east side of Rice Street immediately north of T.H. 36 R /W. Ramsey County offers <br />$36,660.00 for the parcel shown in Exhibit B (2444 Square Feet). <br />Also enclosed are deeds that are ready for execution. Please return these with notarized signatures <br />where appropriate. Ramsey County will pay recording and other fees related to this transaction.
