As you are aware, the Contractor for the project was Hoffman & McNamara. <br />The total amount earned by the Contractor on this final pay estimate is $164,705.00. <br />Subtracting previous payments of $161,567.00, the amount due the Contractor is <br />$3,138.00. <br />This pay estimate represents payment for final maintenance to the spring of 2013 and <br />the release of all retainage. All work preformed by Hoffman & McNamara is in <br />compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
