.2 Other consultants: a § 1.1.14 The Construction Manager's consultants retained under Additional Services: «9 § 1.1.15 Other Initial Information on which the Agreement is based: a » § 1.2 The Owner and Construction Manager may rely on the Initial Information. 130th parties, however, recognize that such information may materially change and, in that event, the Owner and the Construction Manager shall appropriately adjust the schedules, the Construction Manager's services and the Construction Manager's compensation. ARTICLE 2 CONSTRUCTION MANAGER'S RESPONSIBILITIES § 2.1 The Construction Manager shall provide the services as set forth in this Agreement. § 2.2 The Construction Manager shall perform its services consistent with the skill and care ordinarily provided by construction managers practicing in the same or similar locality under the same or similar circumstances. The Construction Manager shall perform its services as expeditiously as is consistent with such skill and care and the orclerly progress of the Project. § 2.3 The Construction Manager shall provide its services in conjunction with the services of'an Architect as described in AIA Document 13132m1 -2009, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect, Construction Manager as Adviser Edition.
