MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
DECEMBER 18, 2013
Based on this situation, the consensus of the Council was to delay
appointments until their January 22 meeting, and readvertise the
vacancies. The Council also indicated that the terms for incumbents who
have applied for reappointment would carry through the end of January,
2014.
Blesener pointed out that based on the revised Commission ordinances, it
is his charge to recommend a Chair for both the Planning Commission and
the Parks & Recreation Commission, with the Council to then appoint the
Chair. It was the consensus of the Council to delay this appointment until
the January 22nd meeting given that Commission appointments are delayed
to that meeting as well.
PLANNING Mayor Blesener thanked Planning Commission Chair Dan Knudsen
CHAIR for his many years of valuable service to the community in serving on the
DAN Planning Commission. Blesener noted that Knudsen has been a strong
KNUDSEN asset on the Commission and will be sorely missed. Knudsen did not
apply for reappointment to the Commission. Keis also offered his sincere
thanks to Knudsen for his service.
HAPPY
HOLIDAYS
ADJOURN
The entire Council wished the citizens of Little Canada a safe and
enjoyable Holiday Season.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
Attest:
ra am Z esener, Mayor
nson, City Administrator
22
