MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 18, 2013 <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -12 -222 — GIVING PRELIMINARY <br />APPROVAL TO THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN BONDS INANAMOUNT NOT TO <br />EXCEED $2,570,000 AND ADOPTING THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR <br />THE YEARS 2014 THROUGH 2018 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator reported that recent City newsletters contain more <br />background information on the Public Works /Parks Facility project. He <br />also indicated that if anyone from the public has questions about the <br />project, they should give him a call. <br />PAWN BROKERS Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the renewal of the <br />& SECOND following Pawn Brokers License and Second Hand Goods Dealers <br />HAND GOODS Licenses: <br />DEALERS <br />LICENSES Pawn Brokers License — <br />Lincoln Pawn & Jewelry <br />Second Hand Goods Dealers Licenses — <br />Lincoln Pawn & Jewelry <br />Christian Life Ministries <br />Joe's Sporting Goods <br />Quality Furniture <br />Planet Thrift <br />The City Clerk reported that application materials are in order and the <br />Ramsey County Sheriff's Department has indicated that they have no <br />concerns with the issuance of these licenses. <br />There was no one from the public present wishing to comment on this <br />matter. <br />Upon motion by McGraw, seconded by Boss, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />4 <br />
