<br />Jeff ()erte): Mr. Oertel is the owner and president of Oertel Architects and will be
<br />the project manager and cost estimator for this project. Mr. Oertel is
<br />experienced in over three dozen public works / vehicle storage / maintenance
<br />projects (this is excluding public works studies and salt / sand buildings). Jeff Is
<br />also an active member of the Minnesota Public Works Association and was one of
<br />the first architects to join the MPWA. He is detail - oriented and skilled in a full
<br />range of responsibilities including: architectural design, field administration,
<br />specification writing, building diagnostics, public works equipment needs,
<br />construction methods and construction administration.
