Additionally, we will review and verify any <br />surplus materials delivered to the City. Finally we will coordinate a completed <br />Punch list and Project Close -out documents to the Project Team and all <br />pertinent staff at the City. <br />Construction Administration phase deliverables will include the following: <br />• Pre - construction meeting agenda <br />• RF1 responses <br />• Supplemental construction phase documents <br />• Responses to proposal requests <br />• Approved shop drawings <br />• Approved pay requests <br />• Punch lists <br />• Reviewed, consolidated product submittal and warranty documents <br />• Certificate of substantial completion <br />• Ceniflcate of flnai completion <br />13 <br />`14 ()flirt' <br />41 <br />
