RC1 -{IT LC1'S <br />St: Lotus PARK <br />2010 City of St. Louis Park Municipal Service Center Expansion & Renovation <br />Description: We analyzed the feasibility of the existing Municipal Service <br />Center site to add the Utilities Division department, which led to the design of <br />a multi - phased addition and remodel including relocating the fuel island and <br />adding an automated wash bay with pre -wash and vacuum areas.
