Hanson <br />I would like to terminate my contract with the City as Fire <br />Marshal, recommending the appointment of Duane Williams in that <br />capacity. The termination would be retroactive to October 1, <br />1995, and there would be no compensation for Fire Marshal duties <br />due me after that date. <br />In conjunction with my duties as Building Official for the City, <br />I am recommending that I retain the designation of Fire <br />Inspector. This will allow me to enforce life - safety <br />requirements in conjunction with my Building Official duties. <br />Page 23 <br />
