The last session was held in <br />the fall of 1993. Cost of the 1993 session was $2,181.56. <br />A two -day session was budgeted for 1995. There has been past <br />discussions as to the need for a goal- setting session, its <br />intended outcome, and the duration. Further direction is needed <br />from the Council in this area. <br />Page 131 <br />
