(c) Quarterly water usage and service charges shall be <br />payable by Owner within thirty (30) days after <br />mailing of City's billing. The parties hereto <br />understand that said charges may be increased or <br />decreased by amendment of the applicable City <br />ordinances and /or resolutions consistent with <br />other commercial billing procedures. <br />2. If Owner fails to pay the amounts as provided herein, <br />City will discontinue water service to Owner's property with at <br />least five (5) days prior notice. <br />3. Owner also agrees to pay a charge for the use of water <br />during any fire which may occur on Owner's premises, which <br />require the connection to the hydrants serving Owner's premises. <br />Said charge is to be based on the estimate of use, as determined <br />by City, relating to the varying levels and daily pumping <br />capacities. Owner agrees not to utilize the fire hydrants <br />located on its property for any purpose without prior approval of <br />City. <br />4. Owner will provide City with plans for connection to <br />City's system. Said plans shall be subject to approval of City <br />prior to the installation of the connection. City shall also be <br />allowed to inspect Owner's water system installation at the time <br />of construction. <br />5. Owner agrees that City owns the gate valve(s) located <br />on the water main, and City has the right to maintain the water <br />service at the gate valve.
