completed. <br />7. Owner shall comply with all applicable Little Canada <br />ordinances and regulations relative to the use of the municipal <br />water system. Owner further acknowledges receipt of the <br />applicable ordinances at the time this agreement is executed. <br />8. City shall supply water in a manner consistent with its <br />other customers. However, City does not warrant uninterrupted <br />service to Owner nor assume liability for any interruptions which <br />may occur in the future.
