CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING ON VACATION <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota has <br />determined to vacate that part of the following described tract: <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, <br />Township 29 North, Range 22 West, Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br />which lies southeasterly of a line run parallel with and distant <br />150 feet northwesterly of the following described line: <br />Beginning at a point on the east line of said Section 7, <br />distant 972.5 feet southerly of the east quarter corner <br />thereof; thence run northwesterly at an angle of 74 degrees <br />52 minutes 00 seconds from said east line (measured from <br />north to west) for 562.6 feet; thence deflect to the left on <br />a 02 degree 30 minute 00 second curve, delta angle 53 <br />degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds, for 2125.3 feet; thence on <br />tangent to said curve for a distance of 400 feet and there <br />terminating. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />1. The Council will consider the vacation of such road right - <br />of -way, and a public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />vacation on the llth day of October, 1995, before the City <br />Council in the City Center at 7:30 P.M., and the City <br />Administrator shall give published and posted noted as <br />required by law. <br />PAGE 149 <br />
