Hanson <br />Attached are minutes from the August meeting of the Parks & <br />Recreation Commission. At that meeting the Commission <br />recommended reserving $200,000 in the Park Land Acquisition Fund <br />for park land acquisitions and amounts over $200,000 for projects <br />as may be recommended by the Commission. <br />The Parks & Recreation Commission has asked that the Council take <br />a formal position on this recommendation. Should the Council <br />concur with the recommendation, the Commission could plan future <br />projects with consideration given to this additional revenue <br />source. <br />PAGE 150 <br />
