MINUTES <br />City Council <br />May 27, 1987 <br />Leibel <br />Variance <br />(Cont.) <br />Hammer <br />Property <br />Division <br />Agenda . <br />Item No. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -5 -230 - GRANTING BOB <br />XEIBEL'S REQUEST FOR A THREE -YEAR VARIANCE <br />& APPROVAL THROUGH MAY OF 1990 UPON THE <br />FILING BY THE APPLICANT WITH THE CITY CLERK <br />OF A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF THE <br />VARIANCE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, LaVaile, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). - <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 248. <br />Mrs. Pearl Hammer appeared before the Council requesting the <br />division of her property at 2995 Greenbrier Street into two <br />'lots, with the newly created lot fronting on Allan Avenue. The <br />new lot would be 108 feet by 93 feet. <br />10 Fahey reported that the Planning Commission recommended approval <br />of the lot split subject to the shed being removed at the time a <br />building permit is issued for the new lot. <br />Mrs. <br />Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Kaiser - <br />schorn <br />Subdivision <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 11 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -5 -231 - APPROVING THE <br />(/HAMMER PROPERTY DIVISION AS REQUESTED <br />SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS MAY 11, 1987 <br />REPORT AND SUBJECT TO REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING <br />SHED ON THE PROPERTY AT THE TIME A BUILDING <br />PERMIT IS ISSUED FOR THE NEW LOT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, LaVaile, Fahey, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 249. <br />Mr. William Schorn of Kaiserschorn Custom Homes appeared before <br />the Council requesting a resubdivision of Lots 12 through 24, Block 4, <br />North Heights Addition, combining these lots into four lots. <br />The Planning Commission has recommended approval of the subdivision. <br />The Planner submitted a report dated May 11, 1987 recommending <br />approval subject to the conditions as contained in the report. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptiL <br />Page -10- <br />Page 46 <br />
