Section 903.020 D.4 of the Zoning Ordinance requires that <br />construction of accessory buildings that exceed one thousand <br />(1,000) square feet in floor area, must first obtain a conditional <br />use permit. <br />Also, the applicant is proposing to set the new garage 22 feet back <br />from the LaBore Road right -of -way.
