MINUTES <br />PROPERTY <br />DIVISION - <br />WHITE <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 10, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of <br />August, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Steve Garske <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Fred Schletty <br />MEMBERS EXCUSED: Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Admin. Asst. <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of July 13, <br />1995 regular meeting, those minutes stood approved as <br />submitted. <br />Mr. Thomas White appeared before the Commission <br />requesting approval of the division of property at <br />2600 Spruce Street into two single - family lots. White <br />reported that there is a shed on the back of an <br />existing garage on the property which extends into the <br />easement area. White reported that he will remove the <br />shed from the property. <br />Barraclough asked if the shed would be removed prior to <br />finalization of the property division. <br />The Planner replied that removal of the shed would be a <br />condition placed on the property division. If the <br />property owner fails to remove the shed within the time <br />limit, the City would have an enforcement issue to deal <br />with. The City would have the ability to remove the <br />shed and assess the cost of doing so against the <br />1 <br />Page 8 <br />
