MINUTES <br />WHITE <br />PROPERTY <br />DIVISION <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PARRS & RECREATION COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 3, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of <br />the Parks & Recreation Commission of the City of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of August, 1995 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Hall located at 515 East <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Howard Remerowski chaired and called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 p.m. and the following members of the Commission were <br />present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Howard Remerowski, Chair <br />Ms. Karen Johnson <br />Mr. Tom Holm <br />Mr. Larry Hartmann (arrived 7:35 p.m.) <br />Mr. Jim Greger (arrived 8:05 p.m.) <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Ms. Colleen Doolittle <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Jim Morelan, P &R Director <br />Mr. Bill Sanders, Park Consultant <br />Ms. Kris VanSchoonhoven, Rec. Secretary <br />Johnson recommended that the minutes of the July 6, 1995 <br />meeting be approved as presented. <br />Motion seconded by Holm. <br />Motion carried 3 - 0. <br />Sanders stated that the White lot split was pretty straight <br />forward and he felt there would be no interest in park land <br />in that area. Thomas White stated that the lot he intends <br />to split is between Spruce Street and Sylvan Street. He <br />stated that his father's home is on the Spruce Street side <br />and he intends to build a house on the Sylvan Street side. <br />Therefore, they would like to split the lot in two. <br />Remerowski asked how big the new lot would be. White stated <br />that it will be 150 feet in the front and 120 feet on the <br />side including the six foot drainage and utility easements. <br />Johnson recommended accepting cash in lieu of land for the <br />park dedication fee for the White property division on <br />Sylvan Street. <br />- Motion seconded by Holm. <br />Motion carried 4 - 0. <br />-1- <br />Page 10 <br />
