Also attached is <br />the Planning Commission's discussion of this issue which includes <br />their direction to the Planner to develop a draft ordinance <br />imposing architectural controls in the Rice Street Study area. <br />Prior to incurring the expense of drafting an ordinance, I would <br />like to ask the Council to review this information and decide if <br />this is the direction that the City should be taking. <br />Page 81 <br />
