Hanson <br />It has come to our attention that you have cut down the majority <br />of trees located on the property at approximately 3000 <br />Centerville Road in order to get this property ready for <br />development. Please be advised that the City's Tree Preservation <br />Ordinance would apply to this property. At the time of <br />development, you will be required to comply with the maximum <br />requirements of this ordinance since an inventory was not done of <br />the trees on the property. The ordinance maximum is thirty <br />caliper inches per acre of aggregate disturbed area.
