MINUTES <br />City Council <br />March 4, 1987 <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -3 -99 - ORDERING THAT WITH <br />THE ISSUANCE OF ANY BUILDING PERMITS FOR <br />PROPERTIES LOCATED NORTH OF THE McGOUGH <br />PROPERTY, THAT THE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICANT <br />ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY THAT WHEN <br />WATERMAIN IS AVAILABLE IN THE AREA, THE BUILDING <br />WILL BE CONNECTED TO CITY WATER AND A SPRINKLER <br />SYSTEM INSTALLED, IF REQUIRED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 107. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -3 -100 - TABLING FURTHER <br />ACTION ON IMP. NO. 87 -1, SECTION 2, UNTIL <br />SUCH TIME AS ROSEVILLE PLUMBING AND DONOVAN <br />CONSTRUCTION WANT TO PROCEED, WITH THE <br />INDICATION FROM THE CITY COUNCIL THAT THE <br />ROAD SHOULD BE IMPROVED TO THE EDGE OF THE ROSEVILLE <br />PLUMBING PROPERTY AND WATERMAIN INSTALLED TO THAT <br />POINT WITH THE CITY PARTICIPATING IN 50% OF THE <br />COST OF THE ROAD AND THE PROPERTY OWNERS PAYING 100% <br />OF THE WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, LaValle, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 108. <br />Donovan again asked if he would be able to obtain a building permit <br />for remodeling. <br />Blesener and Fahey indicated that the moratorium pertained to all <br />building permits for this area, including a remodeling permit. <br />Donovan again indicated that the proposed Soo Lane would not <br />go anywhere. <br />Blesener indicated that if Soo Lane had been in the same condition <br />that Woodlyn Avenue is, he would have no problem with handling <br />Soo Lane in the same way Woodlyn Avenue was handled. However, <br />there is no blacktop on Soo Lane. <br />Page 12 <br />
