MINUTES City Council March 4, 1987 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Pages 103 and 104. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87 -3 -97 - APPROVING AND ORDERING IMP. NO. 87 -1, SECTION 1, THE IMPROVEMENT OF WOODLYN AVENUE FROM RICE STREET TO S00 LANE BY WATERMAIN CONSTRUCTION AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF WOODLYN AVENUE FROM S00 LANE TO THE LAST PLACE OF BUSINESS BY WATERMAIN CONSTRUCTION PROVIDED THAT FUEL ECONOMY PROVIDES THE NECESSARY EASEMENTS TO AVOID THE BLACKTOP AREA The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Scalze, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution apears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 105. Zilge requested approval of a building permit so that he might add on to his building on Woodlyn Avenue. Zilge reported that when watermain is constructed he will connect. Collova pointed out that it will be a few months before the watermain is installed. Fahey stated that he did not have a problem with a building permit for Zilge with the understanding that he will connect to water when it is available and he will install a sprinkler system if required by the Fire Marshall. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87 -3 -98 - REMOVING THE MORATORIUM ON THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS FOR ALL PROPERTIES LOCATED NORTH OF THE McGOUGH PROPERTY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey.
