MINUTES <br />City Council <br />March 4, 1987 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Pages 103 and 104. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -3 -97 - APPROVING AND ORDERING <br />IMP. NO. 87 -1, SECTION 1, THE IMPROVEMENT OF <br />WOODLYN AVENUE FROM RICE STREET TO S00 LANE <br />BY WATERMAIN CONSTRUCTION AND THE IMPROVEMENT <br />OF WOODLYN AVENUE FROM S00 LANE TO THE LAST <br />PLACE OF BUSINESS BY WATERMAIN CONSTRUCTION <br />PROVIDED THAT FUEL ECONOMY PROVIDES THE <br />NECESSARY EASEMENTS TO AVOID THE BLACKTOP AREA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution apears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 105. <br />Zilge requested approval of a building permit so that he might <br />add on to his building on Woodlyn Avenue. Zilge reported that <br />when watermain is constructed he will connect. <br />Collova pointed out that it will be a few months before the watermain <br />is installed. <br />Fahey stated that he did not have a problem with a building permit <br />for Zilge with the understanding that he will connect to water <br />when it is available and he will install a sprinkler system if <br />required by the Fire Marshall. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -3 -98 - REMOVING THE <br />MORATORIUM ON THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING <br />PERMITS FOR ALL PROPERTIES LOCATED NORTH <br />OF THE McGOUGH PROPERTY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 106. <br />Page 11 <br />
