MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />March 4, 1987 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the <br />Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br />4th day of March, 1987 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey chaired the meeting and called it to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Council were present <br />at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor <br />Councilman <br />Councilman <br />Councilman <br />Councilwoman <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Clerk <br />Consulting Engineer <br />Recording Secretary <br />Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Mr. William Blesener <br />Mr. Rick Collova <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br />Mr. Donald Carley <br />Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br />Imp. No. Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing on Improvement No. 87 -1 <br />87 -1 includes the following improvements: <br />Soo Lane from Owasso Blvd. S to 500 feet north by <br />street construction; <br />Woodlyn Avenue from Rice Street to Soo Lane by watermain <br />construction; <br />Soo Lane from Owasso Blvd. S. to 500 feet north by <br />watermain construction; <br />Woodlyn Avenue from Soo Lane to Waterworks R.O.W. by <br />watermain construction; <br />Woodlyn Avenue & Soo Lane by street construction. <br />which <br />The City Engineer submitted cost estimates for Improvement No. 87 -1 <br />which are as follows: <br />STREETS <br />Soo Street <br />Woodlyn Avenue <br />$43,859.00 <br />89,001.00 <br />$132,860.00 <br />Cost per front foot - $74.64 <br />WW <br />WATERMAIN <br />W0000glyjn E <br />Soo Street <br />$27,649.00 <br />32,471.00 <br />21,017.00 <br />$81,137.00 <br />Cost per front foot - $45.50 <br />Page 4 <br />
