MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Jan. 28, 1987 <br />Donovan Blesener stated that he was comfortable acting on the proposal at <br />Construction this time making the permit a six -month permit which could be revoked <br />CUP (Cont.) at any time during the six months should it become apparent that the <br />road issue will not be resolved. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution an moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -1 -28 - APPROVING A <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AS REQUESTED BY <br />DONOVAN CONSTRUCTION FOR USE OF A MOBILE <br />HOME AS A TEMPORARY OFFICE FOR A PERIOD <br />OF SIX MONTHS SUBJECT TO THE PLANNER'S <br />REQUIREMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF THE CITY ATTORNEY AND CITY ENGINEER AND WITH <br />THE CONDITION THAT THE PERMIT CAN BE REVOKED <br />WITHIN THE SIX -MONTH PERIOD AND THE TRAILER <br />REMOVED IF IT APPEARS THAT THE ROAD ISSUE IS <br />NOT GOING TO BE RESOLVED. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, LaValle, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 28 and 29. <br />Frank Mr. Frank Graczyk appeared before the Council requesting the <br />Graczyk division of his property on Sylvan Street into two lots. <br />Property <br />Division <br />Fahey pointed out that the Planning Commission is recommending <br />approval of the property division. The Planner has also <br />recommended approval subject to submission of a survey and the <br />approval of the City Engineer and City Attorney. <br />Graczyk requested that he not be required to submit the survey <br />until the final grading of the road is complete. Otherwise, <br />survey stakes will be torn up during the grading process. <br />The Engineer agreed that it would be better to wait to survey the <br />property until grading has been completed in the area. <br />Fahey suggested that the property division could be approved with <br />the stipulation that no building permits will be issued for the <br />lots until a survey is submitted. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -1 -29 - APPROVING THE <br />FRANK GRACZYK PROPERTY DIVISION AS PRESENTED <br />WITH THE REQUIREMENT OF SUBMISSION OF A FINAL <br />SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF <br />A BUILDING PERMIT FOR T'iIS PROPERTY, AND <br />Page 3 <br />
