The revisions have been made due to the inability to <br />locate the storage garage buildings under the southerly power lines as originally proposed. <br />Attached for reference <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Final Plat <br />Exhibit C - Site /Paving Plan <br />Exhibit D - Site /Paving Plan (Phase 1) <br />Exhibit E - Landscape Plan <br />Exhibit F - Grading & Drainage Plan <br />Exhibit G - Utility Plan <br />ISSUES & ANALYSIS <br />Phasing. Phase 1 will consist of four (4) condominium office buildings. Upon fmal <br />completion, the project will consist of eight (8) condominium office buildings with private <br />services. The Public Works Director should review and comment on the utility plans. <br />Previously, the applicant has requested final plan approval without submission of a final plat. <br />The final platting was to take place subsequently with the construction of each unit.
