Provide a lot survey Indicating location, setbacks, and grades for <br />proposed dwelling and also indicate easements and any designated wetlands. <br />2. Preliminary plan as submitted does not meet zoning code minimum floor <br />area of 1040 square feet. <br />3. Provide egress window for existing bedroom. <br />4. Provide hardwired smoke detectors per building code. <br />5. Provide attic and foundation insulation per energy code. <br />6.
