MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JANUARY 12, 1995 <br />Bienke replied that some buildings will be 3,600 square <br />feet in size and others 2,400 square feet. Most <br />buildings will be single- tenant buildings, but others <br />could have two tenants. <br />Bienke reported that the exterior of the buildings will <br />be stucco over stone and will be a good transition from <br />the residential property in the area. <br />Mr. Garski recommended approval of the Planned Unit <br />Development to allow more than one owner - occupied <br />office building on a lot as requested by Real Estate <br />Masters for Lots 1 and 3, Heritage Office Park, subject <br />to compliance with the recommendations of the City <br />Planner as outlined in his January 9, 1995 report. <br />Motion seconded by Keis. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />Mr. Garske recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat <br />for eight (8) office building sites on Lots 1 and 3, <br />Heritage Office Park as proposed by Real Estate Masters <br />subject to compliance with the recommendations of the <br />City Planner as contained in his report dated January <br />9, 1995. <br />Motion seconded by Knudsen. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />The Administrative Assistant informed Real Estate <br />Masters that the Park & Recreation Commission tabled <br />action on this preliminary plat at their January <br />meeting since a representative of the firm was not <br />present. The matter will be considered at the February <br />2nd Park & Recreation Commission meeting. <br />ZONING ORD. The City Planner presented a Zoning Ordinance <br />AMENDMENT amendment relating to screening requirements for <br />RELATING TO commercial fences abutting residential properties. <br />SCREENING The Planner reported that these requirements are <br />currently a part of the landscape ordinance.
