SAN -05 -1995 14:25 FROM SWEENEY BORER & OSTROW TO LITTLE CANADA <br />P.03/05 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN INTERIM ORDINANCE EXTENDING A MORATORIUM IN B -3 DISTRICT <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />A Moratorium Ordinance Relating to 8 -3 (General Business <br />District) property within the City of Little Canada. <br />(A) Purpose and Intent. The City of Little Canada has <br />adopted a Comprehensive Plan and zoning text, pursuant to M.S. <br />Sections 462.351 and following, and the Little Canada City <br />Council has directed the staff to study and analyze proposed uses <br />and existing zoning of the property described below within the <br />City of Little Canada for the purpose of considering the <br />amendment of the Comprehensive Plan or zoning text relating to <br />the same. <br />(8) Pursuant to M.B. Section 462.355, Subd.4, this interim <br />ordinance, for the purpose of protecting the planning process and <br />the health, safety, and welfare of Little Canada citizens, hereby <br />prohibits the development, subdivision or the issuance of <br />building permits relative to the following described property: <br />All 8 -3 (General Business District) Property within the <br />City of Little Canada. <br />(C) This moratorium shall be in effect until March 1, 1995. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this day of <br />, 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel R.
