proposed project is intended to provide a focal point for City. <br />To that end, public green areas, landscaping, architectural <br />design, lighting, signage, and other amenities shall be provided <br />for so as to create an area with a unique flavor that serves as <br />the hub of City activity. Developer agrees to coordinate the <br />design and review of the project to the City's objectives. A <br />minimum of three planning sessions shall be held with elected <br />officials and /or staff of City to obtain input, exchange ideas, <br />and review designs for the proposed project. The first such <br />meeting shall occur no later than January 18, 1995. The second <br />meeting shall occur within 30 days of the first and the third <br />meeting within 30 days of the second. <br />18. Casino Development Component. Developer hereby assures <br />City that they will not in any manner propose, support, or <br />promote the development of a casino within the project's <br />boundaries as indicated in Exhibit "A ". <br />19. Project Milestone Chart. Developer shall prepare a <br />detailed milestone chart to delineate the project's time -line by <br />major activities. It should include activities such as <br />acquisition, demolition, relocation of tenants, start of <br />construction, occupancy of buildings, planning /zoning approvals, <br />and other major events which have a significant impact on the <br />project. The initial milestone chart shall be submitted by no <br />later than December 19, 1994. It shall then be updated and <br />submitted to the City every two weeks thereafter until the <br />execution of a Development Agreement as provided for in Provision <br />Page 50 <br />
