Hanson <br />Enclosed is some of the pertinent information relative to the <br />three improvement hearings we have scheduled for January 18, <br />1995. I have not enclosed the detailed feasibility report in <br />that the scope of the projects has changed and their usefulness <br />has become somewhat limited. The Engineer is preparing the <br />revised information sheets which will deal with current <br />conditions. These sheets will be handed out at Wednesday's <br />meeting. <br />Here is a quick summary of the estimated project costs and their <br />apportionment for each respective hearing: <br />Viking Drive Water Main <br />Project Cost: $85,900 <br />Assessment Rate: $4,600 per lot (9 lots) <br />Assessed Amount: $41,400 <br />City's Share: $44,500 <br />Viking Drive Street Improvement <br />Project Cost: $95,000 <br />Assessment Rate: $45 per lineal foot* <br />Assessed Amount: $38,250 <br />City's Share: $56,750 <br />Gilanderi Water Main <br />Project Cost: $38,800 <br />Assessment Rate: $4,600 per lot (6 lots) <br />Assessed Amount: $27,600 <br />City's Share: $11,200 <br />Gilanderi Street Improvement <br />Project Cost: $65,200 <br />Assessment Rate: $45 per lineal foot <br />Assessed Amount: $30,150 <br />City's Share: $35,050 ** <br />Page 1 <br />
