CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />EAST VIKING DRIVE <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 94 -5 <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Little Canada <br />will meet in the Council Chambers of the City Center at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City at 6:30 P.M. on Wednesday, <br />January 18, 1995, to consider the making of an improvement on <br />Viking Drive east of Edgerton Street by water main improvement as <br />well as street reconstruction, concrete curb and gutter, and <br />storm drainage facilities, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for <br />such improvement is the property abutting on such street. The <br />estimated cost of the improvement is $180,900.00. <br />Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed <br />improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br />.
