The reason for <br />this is that we need to get to market for the bonds in order to <br />avoid higher interest costs that are projected in the near <br />future. This did not allow the County adequate time to complete <br />their studies needed for the neighborhood meeting which has been <br />scheduled for January 30, 1995.
