The other parcel is a Budget Power store. <br />Our services will be under the rules and procedures of the Federal Uniform Relocation and Acquisition <br />and Minnesota Statutes 117.50. <br />The acquisition services would include the following: <br />• Review and read the appraisal <br />• Prepare "Offer Letter" and "Owner Information Packet" <br />• Deliver Offer Letter and negotiate with landowner, owners <br />• Work with City Attorney on preparation of Purchase Agreement conditions <br />• Work with City Attorney on any items necessary to clear title <br />• Assist City Attorney with closing <br />• If necessary, assist Attorney with preparation of condemnation material <br />As you can see, the time differs with each parcel. An estimate of range would be $1,000.00 to $2,000.00 <br />per parcel. This would include expenses. <br />The relocation advisory and counseling services would include the following: <br />• Meeting(s) with City staff to discuss project coordination, concerns, and procedures. <br />Attending public information hearings as requested to present general information on <br />relocation assistance. <br />Page 37 <br />
