Mr. Joel Hanson <br />December 5, 1995 <br />Con't page 2 <br />• Personal meetings with each owner /occupant to review and explain relocation benefits, <br />discuss individual needs and concerns, relocation benefit documentation requirements, and <br />the process applicable to each of their situations. <br />• Researching for available business replacement site referrals and providing data on <br />possible replacement sites, as needed. <br />• Preparing Notices of Eligibility for Relocation Assistance and 90 -day Notices to Vacate, <br />per the relocation regulations, for City staff review and signature. <br />• Assisting the occupants in identifying and documenting eligible, reimbursable relocation <br />costs and confirming the submitted costs are reasonable and necessary per the relocation <br />regulations. <br />• Preparing claims for relocation payment and making recommendations to the City of Little <br />Canada regarding the eligibility of relocation benefits requested by the occupants. <br />• Throughout the project, addressing questions and concerns of the occupants, and advising <br />the occupants of their rights and obligations in therelocation process. <br />• Throughout the project, reviewing the project relocation activities with the City staff, <br />coordinating acquisition and relocation activities, and discussing questions /concerns. <br />This service would take between 80 to 90 hours. The costs would be between $4,000.00 to $5,000.00. <br />If you would like an estimate of what the relocation costs could be, we can provide you with an estimate <br />for a cost of $500.00. <br />All of our services would be billed on an hourly basis as per the attached price schedule. <br />We look forward to working with you on this project.
