Asst.
There being no corrections to the minutes of September
14, 1995 Workshop meeting and the minutes of the
September 14, 1995 Regular meeting, those minutes stood
approved as submitted.
AMEND PUD Mr. Eric Hagman, Hagman Construction, appeared before
FOR the Planning Commission requesting approval of an
WAREHOUSE amendment to a PUD in order to construct a 44,850
ADDITION- square foot addition to their warehouse facility.
SLUMBERLAND Hagman reported that they would match the exterior of
the existing building. The addition would be on the
east end of the existing building. Parking
requirements would be met as well as setback
requirements. The appropriate setback would be
maintained from future DeSoto Street. Hagman pointed
out that it is likely that DeSoto Street will never be
improved since there would be developable frontage on
only the east side of the street. It would be more
feasible to move the street over so that there are lots
on both sides with houses backing up to the Slumberland
property.
1
Page 14
