Hanson <br />Below is a summary of the results of a survey sent to all <br />property owners in the Jackson /Bryan /LaBore /Maple Lane <br />neighborhood regarding the potential sale of the trapezoid parcel <br />which Don Rue has expressed interest in purchasing. A total of <br />58 surveys were sent, and property owners were advised that not <br />returning the survey would be considered a vote in favor of the <br />sale. A total of 24 surveys were returned. <br />1. Do you support the .sale of the trapezoid - shaped parcel <br />provided that a 30 -foot walkway easement is retained to <br />provide access to the Water Works property? <br />51/21 Support Sale 7 Do not Support Sale <br />2. If you support a neighborhood park, what types of <br />recreational uses and facilities would you like to see <br />developed within that park? <br />Answers included: trail connection, trails, tot lot <br />playground with swing -sets, sand box, jungle gym, small <br />children's playground equipment, benches, tennis and <br />basketball courts, similar development to Pioneer Park, <br />picnic tables, barbeque pit, fire ring, good -sized pavalion, <br />ballfield, hockey /skating rink, nature preserve, attractive <br />flowers. <br />Page 16 <br />
