The subject property lies within an I -P, Industrial Park Zoning District which <br />lists accessory retail activities as a conditional use. <br />Attached for reference: <br />ISSUES ANALYSIS <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Previously Approved Site Plan <br />Exhibit C - Proposed Site Plan <br />Exhibit D - Floor Plan/Building Elevation <br />Conditional Use Permit Amendment. As shown on Exhibit B, the previously approved site plan <br />identifies a future 73,440 square foot warehouse addition to the east side of the existing <br />Slumberland facility. While the warehouse addition currently proposed has a significantly smaller <br />area, it is generally consistent with that noted on the previous site plan.
