and an estimated $190,000 from the Ramsey County Roadway Consolidation Fund; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Little Canada does hereby concur with Ramsey County revoking the "County Road" status of Arcade Street between LaBore Road and County Road D, and transferring jurisdiction over the roadway to the City of Little Canada; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the revocation of Arcade Street will be effective the first day of the second month following the date the County is in receipt of an adopted resolution from the City of Little Canada concurring with the County revoking the "County State Aid Highway" status of Arcade Street between LaBore Road and County Road D and transferring jurisdiction over the roadway to the City of Little Canada; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County will pay to the City as just compensation for this jurisdiction transfer, an estimated $190,000 (the total compensation is calculated from the "County Road" reconstruction Cost Participation Policy, Resolution 9- 1272, and adjusted by Pavement Management System [(90- Condition Rating) /Condition Rating] *1993 Condition Rating) upon presentation of billings from the construction contractor for reconstruction of this segment of Arcade Street; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Ramsey County will reimburse the City of LIttle Canada an estimated $190,000 upon presentation of billings from the construction contractor for reconstruction of this segment of Arcade Street; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Little Canada Engineer is authorized within the limits of this resolution to take actions necessary to have the identified jurisdiction change executed.
