795 Viking Drive East <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />February 2, 1995 <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />SUBJECT: Follow up to meeting with Joel Hanson, Dave Harris <br />and Paul Heuer on Wednesday, February 1, 1995. <br />Dear Joel; <br />Per your suggestion at yesterday's meeting, please find <br />enclosed our first and second choices for road improvement <br />to that section of Viking Drive adjacent to Gilanderi Lane. <br />1. All of the residents living out here would like to <br />see the looped road to continue being used and in <br />the same configuration, and at the same width. We <br />would like for this road to be improved when the <br />water line is installed. We would like the road <br />to be constructed with a base containing eight inches <br />“of gravel and three inches of asphalt. <br />2. Our alternate version to the above would delete the <br />section of road running parallel to Highway 36, and <br />in place of that section, have a turnaround point, <br />or cul -de -sac on the easterly portion where Viking <br />Drive turns back towards the west and by Highway 36. <br />Thank you For your time and consideration.
