Hanson, City Administrator
RE: Feasibility Report for Frattalone Sewer Extension
MAYOR
Michael I. Fahey
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Jlm LaValle
Steve Morelan
Bob Pedersen
ADMIM$TRATOR
Joel R. Hanson
Mr. Frattalone has petitioned for improvements consisting of
sanitary sewer extension to service his property. Given the
recommendation of the City Engineer, it appears we should discuss
with other affected property owners along Ryan Drive the
possibility of extending sanitary sewer to their property at this
time. To do so would require 4 /5th's vote of the City Council in
calling for the hearing and subsequent ordering of the
improvement.
It would be our recommendation to proceed in this manner by
calling for the hearing for the entire project with the
understanding that discussions would occur with affected property
owners prior to the improvement hearing date.
We would further recommend the hearing be held on March 8, 1995
cc: Frank Frattalone
Page 27
