Hanson <br />Please find attached the draft of the development agreement for <br />the Cobblestone Village project. I believe this draft <br />incorporates the provisions required by the Council as well as <br />those included in our typical development agreements. <br />The Developer is in the process of reviewing this agreement as is <br />the City Attorney.
