QUESTIONS PREPARED FOR THE JANUARY 22 COUNCIL MEETING: Wednesday 6:30 P.M. <br />1. If all the neighbors preferred only a resurfaced street...is that an option? <br />2. Can we see a breakdown of the $523,000 estimated cost? <br />3. Was there more than one bid; if so what was the high and low? <br />4. How is the assessment percentage determined? <br />5. Are homes with Little Canada Road water assessed differently? <br />6. How will actual cost affect the assessed estimate? <br />7. What is the water hook -up fee at the time of construction, and would that change if done later? <br />8. Are any assessments deferred until hook -up? <br />9. Is the 10 year pay period negotiable? <br />10. How will large boulevard trees that were never removed when the street was created be <br />treated? <br />11. Will a boulevard be maintained by the city at the cul -de- sac? <br />12.
