MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />APRIL 13, 1995 <br />Mr. Schletty recommended adoption of the Building <br />Ordinance revisions as recommended by the Building <br />Inspector. <br />Motion seconded by Garske. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />MISSION The Commission discussed the proposed City Mission <br />STATEMENT Statement. There was concern expressed about the use <br />of the word "customer" in the Mission Statement. <br />Knudsen recommended that the City's Mission statement <br />be amended changing the word "customer" in the first <br />paragraph to "community ", and eliminating the word <br />"customer" in the second paragraph. <br />Motion seconded by Carson. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />COMP PLAN The Planner submitted Comp Plan information on the <br />UPDATE southwest and northwest quadrants of the City. It was <br />the suggestion of the Planner that the Commission hold <br />a special meeting devoted solely to discussion of the <br />Comp Plan update. Consensus of the Commission was to <br />meet on Thursday, May llth, at 6:00 P.M. to discuss the <br />Comp Plan update. <br />ADJOURN <br />Schletty recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Garske. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 9:10 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kathy Glanzer <br />Administrative Assistant <br />13 <br />Page 109 <br />
