MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 13, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of <br />April, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Steve Garske <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Fred Schletty <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Admin. Asst. <br />DENNIS The Commission spent a moment of silence in memory <br />DAVISON of Planning Commissioner Dennis Davison who recently <br />passed away. <br />MINUTES There being no corrections to the March 14, 1995 <br />minutes, those minutes stood approved as submitted. <br />TIMA The City Planner reported that Mr. and Mrs. Tima have <br />PROPERTY applied for the division of their property at 95 <br />DIVISION Bluwood Avenue into three lots. The Planner reported <br />that the proposed lots meet the requirements of the <br />Code with regard to size. However, the lots do not <br />have frontage on an improved street. Therefore, the <br />real issue is that frontage and whether it should be <br />provided via the improvement of Jackson Street between <br />Australian and Bluwood, or via improvement of cul -de- <br />sacs at the ends of Australian and Bluwood. The <br />Planner pointed out that in addition to the property <br />division, the Tima's have requested the improvement of <br />Jackson Street. The Planner noted that there is 33 <br />feet of existing right -of -way for Jackson Street, and <br />1 <br />Page 26 <br />
