6. City of Little Canada hereby agrees that should any service <br />connections be interrupted during the construction of the <br />watermain and road improvements, they shall be reconnected as <br />directed by the assigned Metropolitan Council Wastewater <br />Services representative. <br />7. City of Little Canada agrees that the Metropolitan Council's <br />employees, agents, and successors in interest shall have <br />access to its facilities at all times. <br />8.
