PROPERTY OWNER INTEREST SURVEY GILANDERI LANE /VIKING DRIVE STREET PROJECT A. Rank in order of your preference the following options with "1" being your most preferred choice and "3" being least preferred. Looped street consisting of 18' paved surface to serve all driveways and 12' along Highway 36 right -of -way. Estimated assessment = $6,965 per lot. Dead -end street with 30' paved radius cul -de -sac located on Lehner /Gawreluk properties immediately north of Highway 36 right -of -way. Street width would be 20' paved. Estimated assessment = $740 per lot. Curb & gutter can be included with the above option. Estimated assessment = $2,475 per lot. B.
