PROPERTY OWNER INTEREST SURVEY <br />GILANDERI LANE /VIKING DRIVE STREET PROJECT <br />A. Rank in order of your preference the following options with "1" being <br />your most preferred choice and "3" being least preferred. <br />Looped street consisting of 18' paved surface to serve all <br />driveways and 12' along Highway 36 right -of -way. Estimated <br />assessment = $6,965 per lot. <br />Dead -end street with 30' paved radius cul -de -sac located on <br />Lehner /Gawreluk properties immediately north of Highway 36 <br />right -of -way. Street width would be 20' paved. Estimated <br />assessment = $740 per lot. <br />Curb & gutter can be included with the above option. <br />Estimated assessment = $2,475 per lot. <br />B. Are you willing to consider the installation of the two options <br />depending on the consensus of the neighborhood? <br />Looped street Yes <br />No <br />Cul -de -sac Yes <br />No <br />C. NSP has indicated that power lines can be buried at a cost of $3,765. <br />This would result in an added assessment of $540 per lot plus whatever <br />costs you would be subject to in order to upgrade your electrical <br />service to accommodate underground wiring. <br />Do you favor: <br />or oppose: this possibility? <br />D. Will you sign a "Waiver of Right to Appeal Special Assessments" to <br />facilitate construction of this project in an amount equal to the <br />total assessments for the option(s) preferred by the majority of the <br />neighborhood? Maximum assessments would equal $12,105 which includes <br />$6,965 for looped street, $4,600 for water main, and $540 for <br />underground electrical. <br />Yes No <br />E.
