Those conditions are listed generally in our report of <br />10 March 1995. Specific issues which are as yet unresolved are as follows: <br />• NSP Easement Use: Written verification of the use of the NSP easement area must be <br />submitted prior to approval of the fmal plat. Otherwise, the fmal plat drawing as <br />proposed is inaccurate due to the lot proposed for the garage locations. <br />• Trash Handling: Pending the outcome of the use of the NSP easement, this issue may <br />need to be addressed through a revised site plan. <br />• Landscape Plan: I would assume that if the garages do not get approved, then you will <br />attempt to screen the south office /warehouse building in some manner.
