Mr. Stephen Behnke <br />Page Two <br />• Utility and Drainage Plans: The City Engineer will have to comment on the acceptability <br />of these plans, as well as the proposed vacation of the utility and drainage easement <br />which was dedicated as a part of the original Heritage Office Park Plat. <br />• Covenants: The property's covenants which will address common area use and <br />maintenance, among other items, must be submitted in time for Council comment. <br />I believe that this list covers the main items which you need to address prior to final approval <br />by the City Council.
