MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MARCH 14, 1995 <br />COBBLESTONE The City Planner reported that as part of the platting <br />VILLAGE of Cobblestone Village, a subdivision is required, <br />since Mr. Howe is purchasing a portion of a lot which <br />is owned by Mr. Schroeder. <br />Mr. Schletty recommended approval of the subdivision of <br />"Parcel No. 07- 29 -22 -32 -0005 owned by Schroeder <br />Development Company in order that the east 176 feet of <br />this lot can be incorporated into the Cobblestone <br />Village plat. <br />Motion seconded by Davison. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />It was reported that the zoning of this property <br />appears to be B -3 on the west and R -1 on the east. <br />Previous rezoning action was for the rezoning of the R- <br />1 property on the north side of Minnesota Avenue to R- <br />2. In order include any B -3 property that may be <br />incorporated into the Cobblestone Village plat, it was <br />recommended that a resolution be passed rezoning from <br />B -3 to R -2 the east 176 feet of Parcel No. 07- 29- 22 -32- <br />0005. <br />" .Mr. Schletty recommended approval of the rezoning of <br />the east 176 feet of Parcel No. 07- 29 -22 -32 -0005 from <br />B -3 to R -2. <br />Motion seconded by Carson. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />The Commission was informed that the road system within <br />the Cobblestone Village plat will be privately owned <br />and maintained. Therefore, it is necessary to vacation <br />any of the Minnesota Avenue right -of -way lying within <br />the Cobblestone Village plat. <br />Mr. Schletty recommended approval of the vacation of <br />Minnesota Avenue right -of -way lying within the <br />Cobblestone Village plat. <br />Motion seconded by Keis. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />4 <br />Page 22 <br />
